Estimated Delivery Time:
- Cairo – Giza – Alexandria: 3 to 6 business days
- Delta – Canal regions: 5 to 7 business days
- Upper Egypt: 7 to 10 business days
- Other areas within Egypt: 10 to 15 business days
- International Shipping: 15 to 20 business days
We are committed to ensuring your order is delivered within the time frames mentioned above.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the stated period, we will cover the full shipping cost.

- Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, it cannot be canceled.
- However, you may refuse to receive the order upon delivery, and in that case, you will only be charged for the shipping cost.

- الدلتا – القنال: من ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل
- صعيد مصر: من ٧ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل
- مناطق أخرى داخل مصر: من ١٠ إلى ١٥ يوم عمل
- الشحن الدولي: من ١٥ إلى ٢٠ يوم عمل
نحن ملتزمون بوصول شحنتك خلال المدة المحددة أعلاه.
في حال تأخرت الشحنة عن المدة المحددة، نتحمل نحن تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.
